This simple recipe is a perfect snack for Christmas.
Ingredients:
200 g almonds
150 g coconut blossom sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
4-5 tbsp water
Mix coconut blossom sugar with the cinnamon and water in a pot. It will turn into syrup. Bring to a simmer.
Add the almonds and let the syrup simmer until it starts to caramelize around the almonds. At this point, move quickly as the caramelization stage doesn't last long!
Place the almonds on baking parchment to cool off and enjoy!
